Jerusalem Marketplace (VBS)
Flatbread Recipe
Set aside:
3 cups Flour
1 1/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 1/4 tsp Salt
4 tsp Oil
Separte Bowl:
3/4 c Hot Water
3 Tbsp Honey
3 Tbsp Molasses
Mix all together, flatten to 1/4" thick. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 10 minutes. Brush with oil and return to oven for 5 minutes. 

Oatmeal Pancakes

 2 cups of  Oatmeal

1 ripe Bananas or Apples

1 ½ cups of Plant milk (almonds, soy, cashews, rice)

Accompanied with fruits and maple syrup

Mix all together in the blender and cook on a pan until fully cooked.
